Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical effect of Vitamin D3 combined with different doses of Recombinant Human Growth Hormone in the treatment of children with idiopathic short stature(ISS).Methods A total of 120 ISS children admitted to Yanzhou District Maternal and Child Health Care Family Planning Service Center of Jining City from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Vitamin D3 combined with 0.15 IU/kg Recombinant Human Growth Hormone, and the experimental group was treated with Vitamin D3 combined with 0.20 IU/kg Recombinant Human Growth Hormone.Height, weight, growth rate(GV),bone age,and height standard deviation score(HtSDS)were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the height, weight, and GV of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, bone age and HtSDS of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitamin D3 combined with 0.20 IU/kg Recombinant Human Growth Hormone can effectively promote the growth and development of ISS children, improve the height, weight,GV,bone age,and HtSDS of children, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
