Clinical effect of ultrasound-guided Methotrexate local injection combined with Mifepristone in the treatment of unruptured tubal pregnancy
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided Methotrexate local injection combined with Mifepristone in the treatment of unruptured tubal pregnancy.Methods Sixty patients with unruptured tubal pregnancy admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College,Inner Mongolia University of Science&Technology from September 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group by the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral Mifepristone,while the observation group was treated with ultrasound-guided injection of Methotrexate into the gestation sac of unruptured tubal pregnancy+oral Mifepristone.The level of β-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG),total effective rate,and total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The level of β-HCG in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 3 and 6 days after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than 30.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided Methotrexate local injection combined with Mifepristone treating unruptured tubal pregnancy has significant application effect,which can promote the recovery of β-HCG level,reduce adverse reactions,and is worth promoting.关键词
