Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Dexibuprofen Suppositories in the treatment of children with severe hand foot mouth disease(HFMD).Methods A total of 96 children with severe HFMD admitted to Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College from April 2017 to October 2021 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the control group(48 cases)and the observation group(48 cases)using the random number table method.The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group received the treatment with Dexibuprofen Suppositories on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,disappearance time of clinical symptoms,levels of inflammatory factors,myocardial injury,and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.83%(46/48),which was higher than 87.50%(42/48)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of fever,herpes,and oral ulcer in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6,and C-reactive protein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of creatine kinase and lactate dehydrogenase in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 2.08%(1/48),while that was 4.17%(2/48)in the observation group.There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of Dexibuprofen Suppositories in the treatment of children with severe HFMD can improve clinical efficacy,shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,improve the myocardial injury,and does not increase adverse reactions,which is worth promoting.关键词
