摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the impact of Terbutaline combined with Ceftriaxone Sodium on inflammation indicators,immune function,and lung function in children with Streptococcus Pneumoniae pneumonia.Methods A total of 154 children with Streptococcus Pneumoniae pneumonia admitted to Qingdao Jimo District Longshan Health Center from January 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the reference group(77 cases)and the study group(77 cases)using the random number table method.The reference group was treated with Ceftriaxone Sodium,and the study group was treated with Terbutaline combined with Ceftriaxone Sodium.The immune function,lung function,and the levels of inflammation indicators were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of CD3+and CD4+in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,while the level of CD8+was lower than that in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The peak expiratory flow,forced vital capacity,and forced expiratory volume in one second in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of C-reactive protein,interleukin-8,and interleukin-17 in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Terbutaline combined with Ceftriaxone Sodium in children with Streptococcus Pneumoniae pneumonia can obtain ideal effect,improve the levels of inflammation indicators,enhance immune function and lung function,and can be promoted.关键词
