超疏水棉织物制备及其雾收集性能OACSTPCD

Preparation of superhydrophobic cotton fabric and its fog collection performance

为解决水资源短缺问题,以六水合硝酸钴、尿素、氟化铵为原料,通过水热法在棉织物上生长出碱式碳酸钴纳米棒,经硬脂酸表面处理后制备超疏水棉织物.采用XRD、FT-IR及SEM对该棉织物进行表征,研究棉织物种类、收集距离和雾流量等对超疏水棉织物雾收集性能的影响,同时考察了该织物的雾收集持久性和自清洁性能.实验结果显示,超疏水棉织物具有最佳的雾收集性能,可达1 006.85 mg/(cm2·h);雾收集性能随收集距离减小和雾流量增大而增加,当收集距离和雾流量分别为3 cm和237 mL/h时,集雾效率高达1 514.65 mg/(cm2·h).此外,超疏水棉织物还具有良好的雾收集持久性和自清洁性能.

In order to solve the problem of water shortage,cobalt nitrate hexahydrate,urea and ammonium fluoride were used as raw materials to grow cobalt carbonate hydroxide nanorods on cotton fabric by hydrothermal method,and the superhydrophobic cotton fabrics were prepared af-ter surface treatment with stearic acid.The cotton fabrics are characterized by XRD,FTIR and SEM,and the effects of cotton fabric types,collection distance and fog flow on its fog collection a-bility were studied.The fog collection durability and self-cleaning performance of superhydropho-bic cotton fabric were also investigated.The experimental results show that the superhydrophobic cotton fabric has the best fog collection ability,which can reach 1 006.85 mg/(cm2·h).Fog col-lection capacities increase with the decrease of collection distance and the increase of fog flow.When the collection distance and fog flow are 3 cm and 237 mg/h,respectively,the fog collection capacity is as high as 1 514.65 mg/(cm2·h).In addition,the superhydrophobic cotton fabrics al-so have good fog collection durability and self-cleaning performance.
