Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of edaravone dexborneol in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods A total of 100 patients with ACI were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.On the basis of routine therapy,the reference group was treated with rtPA thrombolysis,and the study group was treated with rtPA thrombolysis combined with edaravone dexborneol for injection.The therapeutic effect,neurological function,daily living ability and nerve factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 94.00％,higher than 80.00％in the reference group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score and mRS score in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,the IGF-1 level was higher than that in the reference group,and the NSE and Hcy levels were lower than those in the reference group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Edaravone dexborneol in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction has exact effect,which can obviously improve the levels of nerve factors,promote the recovery of neurological function and improve the daily living ability of patients.关键词
