Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of urine sediment microscopic examination and urine routine dry chemical method in urine routine test.Methods The urine samples of 80 subjects who underwent routine urine test in our hospital from August 2019 to June 2023 were selected.The urine sample culture results were used as the gold standard to analyze the diagnostic value and consistency of urine sediment microscopic examination,urine routine dry chemical method and their combination in routine urine test.Results The diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy of urine sediment microscopic examination combined with urine routine dry chemical method in urine routine test were higher than those of urine sediment microscopic examination and those of urine routine dry chemical method,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Kappa test showed that the consistencies of urine sediment microscopic examination and urine routine dry chemical method with gold standard were acceptable(Kappa value=0.674,0.724;P=0.000,0.000),and the consistency of combined test with gold standard was good(Kappa value=0.925,P=0.000).Conclusions Urine sediment microscopic examination combined with urine routine dry chemical method has high diagnostic value in urine routine test,with high accuracy and consistency,which can effectively improve the positive detection rate of white blood cells and red blood cells.关键词
