Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of early enteral nutrition support in the treatment of patients with sepsis.Methods 20 patients with sepsis were given routine treatment+early enteral nutrition support treatment,and the nutritional status,inflammatory response and intestinal flora abundance before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of HGB,Alb and TRF of patients with sepsis were higher than those before treatment,the levels of IL-6,TNF-α and PCT were lower than those before treatment,the abundance of Anaerobes was higher than that before treatment,and the abundances of Clostridium,Coronobacter,Oscillibacter and Arbuscular were lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05).Conclusions Early enteral nutrition support can improve the nutritional status and inflammatory response status of patients with sepsis,and adjust the abundance of intestinal flora.关键词
