Abstract
Objective To explore the distribution characteristics of bacterial flora in urine culture positive strains and its relationships with PCT and CRP levels.Methods A total of 648 patients with positive urine culture were selected,and the detection of pathogenic bacteria was recorded.45 healthy subjects were selected during the same period,and the levels of PCT and CRP were compared between positive patients and healthy subjects.The influencing factors of the detection of Gram-positive bacteria and Gram-negative bacteria were analyzed.Results A total of 683 strains of bacteria were isolated from 648 patients with positive urine culture;There were 536 strains of Gram-negative bacteria,and the top three were Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae and Pseudomonas aeruginosa;There were 147 strains of Gram-positive bacteria,of which Enterococcus faecium accounted for the highest proportion.The levels of PCT and CRP in patients with Gram-positive bacteria were higher than those in healthy subjects(P<0.05),and the levels of PCT and CRP in patients with Gram-negative bacteria were higher than those in patients with Gram-positive bacteria(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that PCT and CRP had effects on the detection of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria(P<0.05).Conclusions Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Enterococcus faecium are the main pathogenic bacteria in patients with positive urine culture.Detection of PCT and CRP levels can preliminarily identify urine infections caused by Gram-negative bacteria and Gram-positive bacteria.关键词
