耳穴埋豆联合心理干预在特发性突聋患者护理中的应用

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of seed-embedding at otopoints combined with psychological intervention in the nursing of patients with idiopathic sudden deafness.Methods 102 patients with idiopathic sudden deafness were randomly divided into two groups.The traditional group received psychological intervention,and the observation group received intervention of seed-embedding at otopoints on the basis of the traditional group.The intervention effect,hearing function and psychological status were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the traditional group,and the pure tone air conduction threshold,hearing function defect decibels,ATEC score,SAS score and SDS score were lower than those of the traditional group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Seed-embedding at otopoints combined with psychological intervention applied in the nursing of patients with idiopathic sudden deafness can effectively improve the hearing function and psychological status of patients.关键词
