个体化疼痛管理对老年颈肩腰腿疼患者VAS评分及生活自理能力的影响
Impact of Individualized Pain Management on VAS Score and Self-Care Ability of Elderly Patients with Neck,Shoulder,Waist and Leg Pain

Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of individualized pain management in elderly patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain.Methods 120 elderly patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received basic nursing,and the observation group received individualized pain management on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 1,3 and 7 d of nursing,the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the ADL scores were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Individualized pain management can reduce the pain degree of elderly patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain,and improve their self-care ability and nursing satisfaction degree.关键词
