Abstract
In order to diversify and precise differentiated charging policies of expressway,this paper collected the traffic network data of Shandong Province,established a complex road network simulation model using TransCAD software.On the basis of the traditional four-stage method,the OD matrix is calculated by using the traffic flow data of expressways and national and provincial highways,and the change of traffic flow before and after differentiated toll collection is analyzed by Multi-Model Multi-Class Assignment.Taking A Expressway in Shandong Province as an example,this paper makes a comparison of two kinds of differentiated charging schemes by sections and models,and calculates the charging schemes.关键词
