Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of knowledge-attitude-practice management model in hand hygiene of medical staff.Methods A total of 42 medical staff who worked in our hospital from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected.Among them,the period from July 2022 to December 2022 without implementation of knowledge-attitude-practice management model was set as before management,and the period from January 2023 to June 2023 with implementation of knowledge-attitude-practice management model was set as after management.The hand hygiene health knowledge,hand hygiene compliance and hand hygiene quality of medical staff before and after management were compared.Results After management,the score of hand hygiene health knowledge of medical staff was higher than that before management,the hand hygiene compliance before contact with patients,before aseptic operation,after contact with patients,after contact with liquid and after contact with the surrounding environment were higher than those before management,and the qualified rates of hand hygiene disinfection and monitoring were higher than those before management(P＜0.05).Conclusions Knowledge-attitude-practice management model can improve the mastery of hand hygiene health knowledge and hand hygiene compliance of medical staff,thereby improving the quality of hand hygiene,which helps to reduce the occurrence of hospital infection.关键词
