Abstract
Objective To explore the impact and predictive value of preoperative lipid metabolism indicators on recurrence after radical resection in patients with early cervical cancer.Methods The clinical data of 82 patients with early cervical cancer who were treated with radical resection in Zhengzhou Third People's Hospital from September 2020 to June 2022 were retrospective analyzed.According to the recurrence during 6 months'follow-up period after surgery,all patients were divided into the recurrence group(n=8)and the non-recurrence group(n=74).The levels of preoperative lipid metabolism indicators were compared between the two groups,and the impact and predictive value of preoperative lipid metabolism indicators on recurrence after radical resection in patients with early cervical cancer were analyzed.Results The preoperative TC level in the recurrence group was lower than that in the non-recurrence group,and the preoperative HDL-C level was higher than that in the non-recurrence group(P＜0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that preoperative TC and HDL-C levels were the influencing factors of recurrence after radical resection in patients with early cervical cancer(P＜0.05).ROC curve showed that the area under the curve of preoperative TC combined with HDL-C in predicting recurrence after radical resection in patients with early cervical cancer was 0.829,higher than 0.780 of TC and 0.730 of HDL-C(P＜0.05).Conclusions Preoperative TC and HDL-C levels are the influencing factors of recurrence after radical resection in patients with early cervical cancer,and the combined detection of the two has high predictive value for postoperative recurrence.关键词
