Abstract
This paper studies the improvement of VoNR speech quality in 5G networks,and analyzes that since the commercial use of 5G networks,there has been no clear and accurate solution to the poor speech quality of VoNR in the current network.The root cause of the problem is difficult to locate,the work efficiency is low,and the improvement effect of VoNR speech quality is not significant,leading to a decrease in customer perception and affecting customer satisfaction.The paper combines the actual situation of Xi'an Mobile Network,conducts a survey on the root causes of poor speech quality in VoNR,analyzes the root causes,and develops improvement strategies.After implementing the strategies,we can efficiently solve the problem of poor speech quality in VoNR,improve network quality,enhance customer perception,and provide good guidance and promotion for improving speech quality in VoNR.关键词
