Abstract
In order to solve the problems of personnel confusion and untimely updating of personnel relationships in the school management process,Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine has designed and constructed a full personnel center in the context of the rapid development of educational informatization in universities.As a new type of personnel management mode,it further realizes the strategic drive of Smart Campus and the interconnection of full personnel,helps the school achieve efficient and unified management of all personnel,and promotes the construction and improvement of the university governance system,which can provide reference for the construction of smart campuses in other universities.关键词
