临时用地复垦工程投资定额标准化研究
Research on Standardization of Investment Quota of Temporary Land-use Reclamation Project
摘要
Abstract
Through the comprehensive analysis of the data of 39 temporary land-use reclamation cases in Guangdong province,the paper finds that the problem of irregular investment in reclamation projects is particularly prominent,and it is urgent to carry out relevant research to guide the development of reclamation plans and project implementation.Based on clarifying that the land damage types of temporary land-use mainly fall into two categories of land excavation damage and land occupation,the paper studies the construction of temporary land-use reclamation measures system in Guangdong province,which is divided into 3 first-level subjects,11 second-level subjects,and 27 third-level subjects.Following these,the paper puts forward differentiated suggestions on the investment range of temporary land-use reclamation projects in Guangdong province according to non-cultivated land,general cultivated land,and paddy field,and further suggestions to the follow-up temporary land reclamation work simultaneously.关键词
