Abstract
Objective To explore the short-term effect of arthroscopic partial cleaning of calcifications in the treatment of rotator cuff calcific tendinitis.Methods 100 patients with rotator cuff calcific tendinitis were randomly divided into the complete cleaning group(arthroscopic complete cleaning of calcifications)and the partial cleaning group(arthroscopic partial cleaning of calcifications).The short-term efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss amount,operation time and hospitalization time of the partial cleaning group were lower than those of the complete cleaning group,the serum TNF-α and IL-6 levels at 1 day after surgery and the VAS score at 6 months after surgery were lower than those of the complete cleaning group,and the ASES score at 6 months after surgery was higher than that of the complete cleaning group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Arthroscopic partial cleaning of calcifications in the treatment of rotator cuff calcific tendinitis has significant short-term effect,which can reduce surgical trauma and postoperative inflammatory response,and promote pain relief and shoulder function recovery of patients.关键词
