摘要
Abstract
Based on the responsibilities of maritime administration,this article conducts in-depth analysis from the three aspects of the current situation of leisure ship at sea,existing problems and supervision responsibilities,and solutions for the safety control problems in order to clarify supervision responsibilities.it also attempts to use the co-management and co-governance mechanisms to and combine.dredging and blockage to effectively solve the problems of supervision over maritime leisure boats.关键词
