摘要

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of Naoshuantong capsules combined with butylphthalide capsules in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction at convalescence stage.Methods A total of 104 patients with cerebral infarction at convalescence stage were randomly divided into two groups.In addition to basic drug treatment,the control group was treated with butylphthalide capsules,and the observation group was treated with Naoshuantong capsules combined with butylphthalide capsules.The cerebral hemodynamic parameters,neurological function and daily living ability were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the RI,PI and NIHSS scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The Vm and BI scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Naoshuantong capsules combined with butylphthalide capsules can significantly improve the cerebral hemodynamic parameters,neurological function and daily living ability of patients with cerebral infarction at convalescence stage.
