摘要
Abstract
This paper focuses on food crime cases involving the production and sale of toxic and harmful food and the production and sale of food that does not meet safety standards.It summarizes 11,519 food safety crime cases from 2017 to 2023 and analyzes the spatiotemporal,network,and category characteristics of these two types of cases,as well as their characteristics By addressing the challenges and difficulties in professional team building,intelligence and evidence collection,case transfer,and legal application during investigation,the paper explores strategies and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to strengthen the efficiency of food crime investigation and prosecution,thereby safeguarding food safety.关键词
