Abstract
Currently,new forms of businesses such as offshore wind farms,offshore oil platforms,marine ranching,transportation of large water storage equipment,methanol and hydrogen fuel filling are emerging constantly,and conflicts in the exploitation of the sea are becoming increasingly prominent.New energy-powered vessels are developing rapidly,and the number of new types of dangerous goods has kept increasing.However,there are still imbalances and inadequacies in maritime supervision and service capabilities.Problems exist in coastal areas such as insufficient supervision means for offshore areas,and the supervision efficiency needs to be improved.Safety supervision of water transportation has entered into a period of transformation and implementation of model remodeling.Aiming at the above problems and taking into consideration the characteristics of water transportation rules,this paper proposes to realize the supervision function in intelligent maritime administration through the construction of digital twins of the water transportation system.It proposes utilizing modern information technologies to develop a new intelligent maritime supervision model so as to improve the level of maritime safety supervision services.关键词
