摘要
Abstract
Based on the basic principles of the management system,this paper analyzes the problems of limited applicability,inadequate systematization,complexity in the safety management systems of shipping companies in recent years as well as the causes for the above problems.It also puts forward methods for optimizing and streamlining safety management system documents from the three dimensions of flexible understanding of rules,content optimization,and reduction of paper work.关键词
