采用熔融共混法将聚(己二酸/对苯二甲酸)-丁二醇酯(PBAT)和聚(L-乳酸-衣康酸丁二醇酯)(PLBI)通过双螺杆挤出机制备了不同共混比例的薄膜,分析了不同PLBI添加量对PBAT薄膜气体透过性能及力学性能的影响,进一步结合材料的气体透过性和草莓的呼吸特性,对草莓进行气调包装(MAP)系统设计,并应用于其自发气调保鲜实验.结果表明,PLBI添加量为15%时,共混薄膜仍旧保持较好的力学性能,通过对共混比例的调控,将PBAT的CO2/O2透过比(CDP/OP)从10.57降低至3~7左右,同时提高了材料的保水性,使得该材料更适用于气调果蔬包装,应用于草莓自发气调保鲜实验,低温储藏下将草莓的货架期延长至21d.

A type of blending films based on poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate)(PBAT)and poly(lactic-co-butane-diol itaconate)(PLBI)were prepared at different mass ratios through melt extrusion using a twin-screw extruder.The ef-fect of PLBI content on the thermal performance,mechanical properties,and gas permeability of the blending films was investigated.The modified atmosphere packaging(MAP)system was designed on the basis of the gas permeability of material and the respiratory characteristics of strawberry.This MAP system was used for a strawberry-preserving experi-ment.The results indicated that the blended films achieved favorable mechanical properties at a PLBI content of 15 wt% .Through adjusting the blending ratio,the CO2/O2 penetration ratio of the blending films was reduced from 10.57 to about 3~7.Simultaneously,the water retention capacity of the blending films was enhanced.This makes the blend-ing films more suitable for air-adjusted fruit and vegetable packaging.This packaging system can be used to extend the shelf life of strawberries up to 21 days under low-temperature storage conditions.
