摘要
Abstract
This paper analyzes the"last kilometer"issue in applying the"land-based"construction of the"land,sea,air and space"integrated maritime transportation safety system in grassroots maritime administration.Taking Beilun Maritime Division as an example,this paper proposes the implementation path to solve the problems,based on the characteristics of Beilun,Ningbo Zhoushan port area as a typical core port area and the actual conditions of the area under jurisdiction.Meanwhile,the paper introduces the specific approach and exploration of the"last kilometer"working mode of grassroots maritime safety administration.关键词
