Study on Countermeasures of Maritime Supervision for Domestic Shelving Seagoing Ships
摘要
Abstract
There are many safety risks and hidden dangers in ship shelving,whereas the relevant provisions of domestic laws and regulations are not explicit,and there is a vague area in maritime supervision.This paper studies the maritime supervision countermeasures of shelving sea-going vessels in China,in order to help enterprises to cope with the difficulties and facilitate the supervision and service of shelving vessels.关键词
