Abstract
Recently,the spillover risks of the latest Israeli-Palestinian conflict,i.e.the attack by the Houthis on ships in the Red Sea,which has led to the blockage of the Red Sea shipping route,have posed a threat to the stability of global supply chains and industries and have drawn global attention.The global shipping is facing a dual test of uncertain and certain Israeli-Palestinian hostility.To maintain the smooth flow of international maritime transportation is an important guarantee for stable economic and political development in the world.To prevent and resolve the negative impact of international maritime transportation channel blockage on China and achieve"risk reduction"is of strategic significance in implementing the Belt and Road Initiative,ensuring development and stability of the overall security situation and realizing the Chinese path to modernization.关键词
