以学生为主体的形成性评价在临床教学质量评价体系中的应用研究

Abstract
Objective To explore the research on the application of student-centered formative evaluation(FE)in the clinical teaching quality evaluation system.Methods Using a random number table method,a total of 68 nursing interns from Nanjing Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from May 2022 to February 2023 were divided into a control group of 34 interns and an experimental group of 34 interns.The experimental group implemented the student-centered teaching philosophy and adopted a formative evaluation-based teaching quality evaluation method;The control group implemented a teacher-guided traditional education concept and summative evaluation(SE)teaching quality evaluation method.Firstly,the self-rating scale of self-directed learning(SRSSDL)was used to compare and analyze the comprehensive quality level of the students in the experimental group before and after the intervention.Then,a comparative analysis was conducted on the comprehensive quality level of the two groups of students and their evaluation of teacher teaching after intervention.Results The self-learning ability of the students in the experimental group after intervention was significantly higher than that before intervention(P<0.05),and the comprehensive quality and teaching evaluation of the students in the experimental group were higher than those of the students in the control group(P<0.05),with statistically significant differences.Conclusion This study cannot only help improve the self-learning ability and comprehensive literacy of clinical nursing interns,but also promote the comprehensive and continuous improvement of clinical teaching management quality,providing reference significance for further optimizing and improving the evaluation system of clinical nursing teaching quality.关键词
