Abstract
Objective To explore the application and effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with case-based learning(CBL)in electrocardigram teaching for arrhythmia for advanced students.Methods A total of 78 students who came to the Chinese PLA General Hospital for further study from February 7,2022 to January 20,2023 were included as the study objectives,and were divided into the observation group(n=39)and the control group(n=39)by random number table method.The observation group used PBL combined with CBL teaching method,while the control group used lecture-based learning(LBL).The electrocardigram theory knowledge score,electrocardigram interpretation score and recognition of teaching mode were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of electrocardigram theory knowledge and electrocardigram interpretation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The students in the observation group scored higher scores than those in the control group in terms of stimulation of interest in learning,enhancement of awareness of autonomous learning,improvement in problem analysis skills,improvement in problem-solving skills,facilitation of knowledge acquisition,facilitation of interaction between teachers and students,and satisfaction of teaching,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Thereinto,the difference in facilitation of knowledge acquisition between the two groups is the most significant.Conclusion In the electrocardigram teaching for arrhythmia,PBL combined with CBL teaching method can better improve the theoretical and practical achievements and teaching recognition of advanced students.Therefore,it can be applied in teaching.关键词
