温经活血通络方外用治疗白蛋白紫杉醇所致阳虚血瘀型周围神经病变的临床研究
Clinical study on the external application of Wenjing Huoxue Tongluo Formula in the treatment of oxaliplatin-induced peripheral neuropathy caused by albumin paclitaxel with yang deficiency and blood stasis type

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of external application of Wenjing Huoxue Tongluo Formula in the treatment of oxaliplatin-induced peripheral neuropathy(OIPN)caused by albumin paclitaxel with yang deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 60 patients with OIPN caused by albumin paclitaxel chemotherapy at Liling Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and their traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis was consistent with the yang deficiency and blood stasis type.The patients were randomly divided into a control group(n=30,treated with methylcobalamin capsules)and a treatment group(n=30,treated with methylcobalamin capsules and Wenjing Huoxue Tongluo Fang)by a random number table method.Both groups were treated for 14 days.The efficacy,toxic side effects,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and adverse reactions were evaluated in both groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the toxic side effects and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant adverse reactions observed in the two group.Conclusion The Wenjing Huoxue Tongluo Fang is effective in treating OIPN patients with yang deficiency and blood stasis caused by paclitaxel drugs.It can improve clinical symptoms and has no significant adverse reactions.关键词
