摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of modified Tianma Gouteng Decoction combined with conventional Western medicine on hypertension with dizziness and its impact on hemodynamics and dizziness symptoms in patients.Methods A total of 80 hypertension patients with dizziness admitted to the Hohhot Mongolian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2023 were divided into the control group and the observation group using a random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with amlodipine,and the observation group was treated on the basis of the control group by combining Modified Tianma Gouteng Decoction.Both groups were treated for 2 months.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,hemodynamics,aldosterone(ALD),angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ)levels,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,ALD and Ang Ⅱ levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Treating patients with hypertension and vertigo with Modified Tianma Guteng Decoction combined with conventional western medicine can significantly improve vertigo and other symptoms,reduce blood pressure,regulate renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system,and the safety of the drug is good.关键词
