黄体酮软胶囊联合盐酸利托君治疗先兆早产临床效果分析
Analysis on the clinical efficacy of progesterone soft capsules combined with ritodrine hydrochloride in the treatment of threatened premature delivery

Abstract
Objective Apply lidocaine hydrochloride and progesterone soft capsules to the treatment of threatened preterm birth and observe the effectiveness of this combined regimen.Methods A total of 65 patients with threatened preterm birth enrolled were all treated at the Yangjiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2021 to September 2023.They were grouped according to the treatment plan,with 35 patients in the control group receiving treatment with rituximab hydrochloride and 30 patients in the observation group receiving treatment with progesterone soft capsules.Clinical efficacy was evaluated and safety was fllowed up.Results The disappearance of uterine contractions and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the prolonged pregnancy neonatal weight and neonatal Apgar score were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The success rate of fetal protection in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of ritodrine hydrochloride and progesterone soft capsules for threatened premature delivery patients is beneficial to improve the success rate of preventing miscarriage and improve the maternal and infant outcomes,with high safety.关键词
