个性化护理策略在老年危重症患者人工气道管理中的应用
Application of individualized nursing strategy in artificial airway management of elderly patients with critical illness

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of individualized nursing strategy in artificial airway management of elderly patients with critical illness.Methods A total of 140 elderly patients with critical illness with acute respiratory failure and exacerbation of chronic respiratory failure admitted to the Department of Critical Care Medicine of Sanming Second Hospital from July to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,with 70 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional nursing methods,while the observation group was treated with individualized nursing strategy.The effect of artificial airway management in the two groups of elderly patients with critical illness was compared.Results The incidences of irritating cough caused by phlegm,gastric contents regurgitation and airway mucosal injury of patients in the observation group were all lower than those of patients in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidences of artificial airway obstruction and hospital-acquired pulmonary infection of patients in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,and the interval of sputum aspiration was longer than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized nursing strategy is effective in airway management of elderly patients with critical illness,which can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of nursing.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
