Abstract
Objective To explore the effect and value of doctor-nurse-integration nursing intervention for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in exacerbation stage during clinical treatment.Methods A total of 76 patients with COPD in exacerbation stage admitted to the Jingzhou First People's Hospital from April 2021 to May 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method.During the treatment,patients in the control group(n=38)received routine nursing intervention,while patients in the observation group(n=38)received the doctor-nurse-integration nursing intervention on this basis.The improvement of symptoms,lung function and quality of life of patients in two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the number of acute exacerbations in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the duration of symptoms and the time of antibiotic use were shorter than those in the control group,and the readmission rate was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),the percentage of FEV1 to the predicted value(FEV1%pred)and FEV1/forced vital capacity in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).At the last follow-up,the scores of physical,psychological and social functions in quality of life scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of COPD in exacerbation stage,the doctor-nurse-integration nursing intervention based on routine nursing can obviously improve the clinical efficacy and improve the patients'lung function and quality of life.关键词
