Abstract
Objective To explore the effectiveness of programmatic nursing intervention in postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer. Methods A total of 80 non-small cell lung cancer patients admitted to the Third Affiliated People's Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into the control group and the observation group, using a random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received traditional nursing intervention, while the observation group received programmatic nursing intervention. The compliance scores,cancer-related fatigue scores, and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The compliance scores of the observation group, including compliance with radiotherapy and chemotherapy, rehabilitation beliefs, and healthy lifestyle, were higher than another group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After intervention, the cancer-related fatigue scores of the observation group, including cognitive fatigue, behavioral fatigue, emotional fatigue, and physical fatigue, were lower than another group, and the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than another group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of programmatic nursing intervention in postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer patients has a significant effect, significantly improving patient compliance, reducing cancer-related fatigue symptoms, and reducing complications. Therefore,it can be used for reference and promotion in clinical practice.关键词
