A survey on psychological stress of postgraduates in scientific research institutes and countermeasures
摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand the psychological stress of postgraduates in scientific research institutes and its influencing factors through survey,and to find solutions to promote the all-round and healthy development of postgraduates.Methods Taking postgraduates from the Institute of Medicinal Biotechnology,Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences&Peking Union Medical College as an example,the source of psychological stress of postgraduates was explored through questionnaire survey,literature survey and interview survey.Results The academic research stress employment and career selection stress,interpersonal and marital stress,and economic stress were currently the main sources of psychological stress for postgraduates.Conclusion By exploring the innovative path of the organic integration of mental health education and ideological and political education,strengthening self-regulation ability,building a comprehensive teacher-student relationship,creating a good educational atmosphere,and improving the professional quality of postgraduates,the emotional adjustment ability and stress resistance of postgraduates can be improved and a good educational environment can be created.关键词
