Abstract
Objective To explore the status,influencing factors,and regional differences of medical insurance participation for mobile populations in China.Methods Based on the dynamic monitoring data of China's mobile population in 2017,this study collected and organized variables from three aspects:personal characteristics,mobile characteristics,and employment level.A binary logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of China's mobile population's participation in medical insurance.Results 91.8%of the mobile population were covered by at least one type of medical insurance,and the proportion of mobile population covered by the new rural cooperative medical insurance was the highest,reaching 63.3%.Gender,age,education level,marital status,mobility range,inflow region,willingness to reside,nature of the organization,employment status,and per capita monthly income of the family were the influencing factors of whether the mobile population participated in medical insurance(P<0.05).Conclusion The participation rate of medical insurance for mobile population in China is relatively high,and whether mobile population participates in medical insurance is influenced by multiple dimensional factors.It is recommended to focus on strengthening the construction of the social security system,optimizing the direct settlement mechanism for medical treatment in different regions,paying attention to the demand and utilization of medical services for mobile populations,and achieving full coverage of medical insurance for mobile populations.关键词
