Abstract
Objective To investigate the impacting factors of coronary artery multi-vessel lesions in young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 400 patients with coronary heart disease under the age of 60 who were hospitalized in the Department of Cardiology,Jiujiang Chaisang District People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were continuously collected as the research object.The subjects were divided into the coronary artery single-vessel lesion group and the multi-vessel lesions group.The impacting factors of multi-vessel lesions were analyzed by using logistic regression.Results Compared with the coronary artery single-vessel lesion group,patients with hypertension,diabetes,dyslipidemia,smoking and obesity were more in the multi-vessel lesions group,and the homocysteine,triacylglycerol,total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,thyrotropin,free triiodo thyroxine,aspartate aminotransferase and red blood cell distribution width were all higher(P<0.05).Hypertension,diabetes,dyslipidemia,smoking,obesity,and relatively high red blood cell distribution width were independent risk factors for coronary artery multi-vessel lesions in young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease(P<0.05).Conclusion Young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease should strengthen the assessment of risk factors to reduce the risk of coronary artery multi-vessel lesions.关键词
