环状外痔切除闭合术联合自动痔疮套扎术对环状混合痔的效果观察
Observation on the effect of excision and closure of annular external hemorrhoids combined with Ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoid on annular mixed hemorrhoids

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of excision and closure of annular external hemorrhoids combined with Ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoid(RPH)on annular mixed hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 68 cases of annular mixed hemorrhoids(external hemorrhoids manifested as connective tissue external hemorrhoids and varicose external hemorrhoids)admitted to the Anorectal DepartmentⅡof the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from August 2022 to August 2023 were analyzed.They were divided into Group A(n=36)and Group B(n=32)according to the surgical methods of the patients.Group A was treated with excision and closure of annular external hemorrhoids combined with RPH,while Group B was treated with milligan-morgan hemorrhoidectomy combined with RPH.The postoperative efficacy,postoperative urinary retention,hospitalization time,wound healing time,complication rate and postoperative pain were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in urinary retention between the two groups in 24 hours after operation(P>0.05).The cure rate of Group A was higher than that of Group B,and the hospitalization time,wound healing time,total complication rate,and pain visual analogue scale scores on the first day,and the third day,and the seventh day after operation in Group A were all lower than those in Group B,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The excision and closure of annular external hemorrhoids combined with RPH has obvious therapeutic efficacy on patients with annular mixed hemorrhoids.Compared with milligan-morgan hemorrhoidectomy combined with RPH,it can shorten the postoperative wound healing time and postoperative hospitalization time,significantly reduce postoperative pain and also reduce postoperative complications.关键词
