三参通络汤联合阿司匹林及阿托伐他汀钙片治疗中风急性期气虚血瘀证患者临床效果
Clinical effect of San Shen Deficiency Luo Tang combined with aspirin and atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of patients with acute stroke of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome

Abstract
Objective To analyze the efficacy of the combination of Sanshen Tongluo Decoction,aspirin,and atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of acute stroke patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods A total of 88 acute stroke patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome admitted to the Department of Encephalopathy of Jining Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 44 patients in each group,using a random number table method.The control group received treatment with aspirin and atorvastatin calcium tablets,while the observation group received additional treatment with Sanshen Tongluo Decoction for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,neurological functions,serological indicators,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05)between the two groups in various traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)scores,and levels of homocysteine(Hcy)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),after treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,NIHSS scores and levels of Hcy and hs-CRP in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group had significantly lower traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,NIHSS scores,Hcy levels,and hs-CRP levels than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total of incidence of adverse reations between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Sanshen Tongluo Decoction,aspirin,and atorvastatin calcium tablets can alleviate the symptoms of acute stroke patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,alleviate neurological damage,and lower Hcy and hs-CRP levels,with no serious adverse reactions.It has a certain application value and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
