Practice and investigation on the education and training mode of rapidly establishing medical team in infectious disease hospitals

Abstract
Objective To investigate the education and training mode and implementation effects of rapidly establishing medical team for the treatment of sudden infectious diseases.Methods According to the treatment of patients with sudden infectious diseases,medical staff were regularly organized to carry out the treatment of infectious diseases according to the requirement of work.This research was carried out in the Ninth People's Hospital of Dongguan City,and the research objects were mainly medical staff who participated in the emergency treatment of infectious diseases from January 2020 to December 2022.Taking February 2022 as the time limit,the medical staff who participated in the treatment before the time limit were the control group(n=430),and the medical staff after time limit were the experimental group(n=430).The control group was treated with conventional education and training methods,while the observation group was treated with optimized education and training methods.The assessment of support staff before and after training was compared between the two groups.In addition,the incidence of occupational exposure to respiratory tract,irregular use of protective equipment,contamination of oneself by unloading protective equipment and failure to enter and leave the ward according to the prescribed route were compared between the two groups.Results Before training,there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in the examination scores of infection prevention skills and theoretical knowledge(P>0.05).After training,the scores of theory and operation were all higher than those before training,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of occupational exposure to respiratory tract,irregular use of protective equipment,contamination of oneself by unloading protective equipment and failure to enter and leave the ward according to prescribed routes were lower in the experimental group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Aiming at rapidly establishing medical team in infectious disease hospitals,the application of optimized education and training mode is conducive to improving the professional quality of medical team members,increasing the theory and operation ability of infection protection,and reducing the occupational exposure and adverse events of medical staff.关键词
