新生儿淋球菌性结膜炎的护理1例
A case of nursing care of neonatal gonococcal conjunctivitis
摘要
Abstract
Gonococcal conjunctivitis is an ophthalmic infection caused by Neisseria gonorrhoeae,which is common in newborns.The typical symptoms are persistent tears and mucus secretion in the inner eye corner,and both eyes are usually involved at the same time.If not treated in time,gonococcal conjunctivitis may easily cause corneal ulcer and perforation,which will seriously threaten the health of newborns.This paper summarizes the application effect of the measure of implementing standardized nursing in a newborn child with gonococcal conjunctivitis.The key points of nursing was confirmed to include:eye care,disinfection and isolation,close observation of the changes of patient condition,and humanistic care and targeted health education for family members.Nursing intervention measures were formulated according to the patient condition and clinical nursing experience.After 8 days of symptomatic treatment and careful nursing,the child was discharged smoothly and the telephone follow-up results were satisfactory.关键词
