胰腺腺泡细胞癌伴脾脏侵犯肿瘤破裂出血1例
A case of pancreatic acinar cell carcinoma with splenic invasion and tumor rupture and bleeding
摘要
Abstract
Pancreatic acinar cell carcinoma(PACC)is a rare pancreatic malignant tumor in clinic,which lacks specific clinical manifestations and tumor markers.The possibility of PACC should be considered when pancreatic space occupying is found by examination,and the clinical diagnosis should be confirmed through postoperative biopsy.Early active surgery combined with postoperative comprehensive treatment can obviously improve the prognosis of patients.This paper reports the clinical case data of a patient admitted to Nujiang Prefecture People's Hospital who was diagnosed with PACC with splenic invasion and tumor rupture and bleeding through postoperative biopsy and then underwent open distal pancreatectomy+total splenectomy+lymph node dissection,and discusses and analyzes the pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of the disease in combination with relevant literature,in order to improve the understanding of the disease.关键词
