乡村振兴视域下乡村治理能力评价研究
摘要
Abstract
Due to its unique geographical and climatic conditions,Tibet plays a vital role in the security of the core region and hinterland of mainland China.Rural governance is the cornerstone of the national governance system and the key link in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.This paper follows the guidance of Marxist theory,takes the problem as the guidance,and deeply discusses the problems of rural grassroots governance under the background of rural revitalization in China.On the basis of defining the connotation,subject,content,essence and goal of rural grass-roots governance,summarize the successful experience of rural grass-roots governance in China,and analyze the main problems and their causes at present.Put forward by the party as the lead,the people first,three governance principle,put forward the specific promote rural grassroots governance path selection,including building new pattern of pluralistic governance,cultivating"a understand two love""three rural"work team,promote the development of urban and rural integration mechanism,to strengthen the construction of grass-roots party organizations,improve the rural public product supply mechanism.关键词
