乡村振兴视域下基层党组织治理功能:逻辑必然、障碍分析与优化向度

Abstract
Rural grass-roots Party organizations play a fighting fortress role in rural revitalization,and have the"five-in-one"governance function to realize the good development of rural economy,ecology,culture,politics and society.At present,due to the imperfect construction of grass-roots Party organizations,the imperfect consultation mechanism of multiple governance subjects,the inadequate role of villagers as masters,and the disharmony between formal and informal rules,the"five-in-one"function gain effect of rural grass-roots Party organizations has not been fully reflected.Efforts should be made to promote the organic combination of"Party building leading","platform expansion","subject mobilization"and"rule optimization",and accurately guide the solution path to achieve high-quality rural development.关键词
