儿童青少年五维健康量表的研究进展和应用现状
Research Progress and Application Status of EuroQol five Dimensions Questionnaire-for Youth
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the research progress and application fields of EuroQol five dimensions questionnaire-for youth(EQ-5D-Y)at home and abroad.Methods We searched China HowNet,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,Web of Science and Pubmed,and visually analyzed the authors and research institutions by CiteSpace.After extracting core information by Excel,the research types and application status of EQ-5D-Y were summarized.Results A total of 174 articles related to EQ-5D-Y were included.EQ-5D-Y has been widely studied,with scattered research units and authors.It has been applied to 15 kinds of pediatric diseases,but the versions of the scale used is confusing.At present,there are more basic studies such as preference and valuation.Conclusion There is still a gap between domestic research progress and international application.It is necessary to enhance the cooperation among authors and among institutions,broaden the application fields of the scale and strengthen basic research.It may be necessary to evaluate the age cross-cultural adaptability of EQ-5D-Y in China.关键词
