温针灸联合辛伐他汀治疗痰瘀结滞证高脂血症患者的临床疗效
Clinical Effect of Warm Acupuncture combined with Simvastatin in the Treatment of Hyperlipidemia Patients with Phlegm and Blood Stasis Syndrome

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of warm acupuncture combined with simvastatin in the treatment of hyperlipidemia patients with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.Methods A total of 120 patients with hyperlipidemia of phlegm-stasis syndrome admitted to the Department of Acupuncture and Rehabilitation and cardiovascular Medicine Outpatient Department of Changsha Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into observation group 1,observation group 2 and control group according to the principle of random allocation,with 40 cases in each group.After treatment with therapeutic lifestyle change(TLC),observation group 1 received warm acupuncture alone,observation group 2 received warm acupuncture plus simvastatin,control group received simvastatin treatment.The changes of blood lipid level,apolipoprotein a1(ApoA1)level,quality of life score and TCM syndrome score were compared before and after treatment in 3 groups.Results After treatment,the levels of triglyceride(TG),cholesterol(TC)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in observation group 1 and observation group 2 were lower than those in control group,while the levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were higher than those in control group,and the indexes in observation group 2 were decreased/increased more,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,ApoA1 level in observation group 1 and observation group 2 was higher than that in control group,and the increase of APOA1 level in observation group 2 was greater,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of physiological function,physiological function,physical function,vitality,social function,emotional function,mental health and overall health status of observation group 1 and observation group 2 were higher than those of control group,and the improvement of observation group 2 was greater,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of observation group 1 and observation group 2 was lower than that of control group,and the decrease of observation group 2 was greater,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion In patients with hyperlipidemia of phlegm-stasis syndrome,warm acupuncture combined with simvastatin can effectively regulate blood lipid levels,improve symptoms and improve life quality.关键词
