摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effects of water extraction,ultrasonic-assisted extraction and enzymatic hydrolysis extraction on the polysaccharide components of Kangxianfang,and to provide reference for the formulation of hospital preparations.Methods Taking the extract of three different extraction processes of Kangxianfang as the research object,the content of polysaccharide in the extract as the index,and the ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry as the detection method,the orthogonal optimization method was used to optimize the best water extraction process,the best ultrasonic-assisted extraction process and the best enzymatic hydrolysis extraction process of Kangxianfang.The advantages and disadvantages of the three extraction processes were compared according to the experimental results.Results Among the three extraction processes,the polysaccharide contents in the water extraction,ultrasonic-assisted extraction and enzymatic extraction were 9.80 mg/ml,7.82 mg/ml and 7.05 mg/ml,respectively.Conclusion In the comparative experiment of three different extraction processes of Kangxianfang,the water extraction method is obviously superior to the ultrasonic-assisted method and the enzymatic hydrolysis extraction method.
