摘要
Abstract
This article reports a case of hypoparathyroidism,who showed stable calcium homeostasis before pregnancy whereas unstable serum calcium during pregnancy and lactation periods.During pregnancy,the serum calcium decreased while urinary calcium excretion increased,and drug dosage was increased.During lactation,the serum calcium increased,and the patient developed hypercalcemia.Active vitamin D was stopped.Drug dosage was less than pre-preg-nancy until the 17th month of lactation.The article summarizes physiological change of calcium homeostasis during preg-nancy and lactation periods in hypoparathyroidism patients and its related mechanisms.关键词
