青年人才参与乡村振兴的SWOT分析与优化策略

Abstract
Talents are the basis and key to the revitalization of the countryside,and it is very important to gather a group of young talents with knowledge and skills.Based on the SWOT analysis,it is found that young talents'participation in rural revitalization not only has the unique advantages of"modern think-tanks",but also faces the internal pain point of identity loss,not only the external opportunities for the coordinated development of all kinds of resources,but also the severe challenge of constantly deviating demand relationship between urban and rural areas.In order to further promote young talents to participate in rural revitalization,it is necessary to create a good atmosphere,promote social understanding and recognition,optimize the working mechanism,release the vitality of young talents,enrich the industrial structure,extend the rural industrial chain,improve the management system,and expand marketing channels.关键词
